If the invoice has not been paid by July 12th, 2027, and you have not spoken to Julissa about arranging a payment, the HCA de SA reserves the right to refuse your participation, and your logo will not be used on any banners.

4:30 pm- 6:30 pm registration
Shrimp Boil: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Mandatory Captain's Meeting: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm **ONE member of your team must be present.**
Calcutta Auction: After Captain's Meeting
Saturday - July 31st-
Weigh-In: 1:00 pm- 3:30 pm **Cut off 3:30 pm**
Lunch will be served starting at 1:30 pm
Raffle and Awards: 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm*
All teams are encouraged to take pictures and videos during the event. Please text your pictures/videos to Julissa Ramos at 210-527-7074. Remember to tag HCA de SA and use the hashtags #tresamigos2027 and #hcadesa when using social media.
